Drop by to chat with author Jen Courtney as she shares her new book My Mysterious Friend (gentle and thoughtful story of self-discovery) along with special guest, Jennifer Nahwegahbow (Registered Psychotherapist).
Together, they will touch on tangible ways to help build mental wellness through different modalities such as literature, art & talk therapy, and so much more.
