Meditation with Heidi – Wingham

Join us at the Alice Munro Branch in Wingham for a discussion on meditation. Heidi Carter of Moments Spa & Foot Care Studio will talk about the effects meditation have on the body and mind. She will talk about the many types of meditation and the how and why to find the right one for you. And ways to bring meditation in everyday activities. She will do a short guided Chopra meditation that consist of the 5 soul questions. The two sessions will have different information so participants are encouraged to attend both sessions, but could attend either session individually if necessary.
