Prolific Festival Playwright, Ted Johns, (The School Show, He Won’t Come in From the Barn, Garrison’s Garage ) is giving a special presentation for the 50th anniversary. Part history, part hilarity, Ted will be sharing his memories along with excerpts of his forthcoming memoir, detailing the early days of the Blyth Festival. From his earliest work as part of the original touring company of The Farm Show, through to the Festival’s founding, and its fledgling first seasons, Johns’ Jokes and Quotes for the 50th , captures the wit and wisdom of the iconic local writer.
