Grand Re-Opening Celebrations of SHRC and Stephen Arena –Saturday November 4, 2023

Join us Saturday November 4, 2023 for a Grand Re-Opening, times TWO!

The Municipality of South Huron is pleased to invite the community to celebrate the grand re-opening of both the South Huron Recreation Centre(SHRC) and Stephen Arena to mark the substantial completion of these significant recreation renewal projects.

A Saturday in South Huron means a full list of events at both arenas:

Stephen Arena (69625 Airport Line, Huron Park)

• Open House (with snacks and refreshments): 2:30PM – 4PM

• Ribbon Cutting at 2:30PM
• South Huron Sabres U11Girls C Home Game vs. Stratford Aces: 2:50PM Start
• South Huron Sabres U11Boys D Home Game vs. St Mary’s Rock: 3:50PM Start

South Huron Recreation Centre (94 Victoria Street East, Exeter)

• Open House (with snacks and refreshments) and Dressing Room Tours:4:30PM – 6:30PM

• Ribbon Cutting at 4:30PM
• South Huron Sabres U15Girls A Home Game vs. Bluewater: 3:50PM Start
• South Huron Sabres U18Girls BB Home Game vs. Owen Sound: 5:15PM Start
• Power Skating Demo with Kathy McLlwain: 6:30PM –7PM
• Exeter Hawks Presents Ladies Night (special vendors in SHRC lobby) –2:30PM
• Exeter Hawks Home Game vs. Dorchester Dolphins – 8PM Start
