The "Sky Harbour" Gallery is the result of the efforts of a dedicated group of volunteers in conjunction with the Huron County Museum.
Soar to new heights at the Huron County Museum's latest gallery located at the Goderich Airport.
The "Sky Harbour" exhibit is dedicated to all those who gave wings to the dream of flight in Huron County. The exhibit traces the history of the airport from its founding in 1938 through to the present day.
Particular emphasis has been placed on the important role played by the airport during the Second World War as Elementary Flying School No. 12.
Many R.C.A.F. veterans have contributed to the unique collection on display at the airport gallery. Additional donations of artifacts relating to No. 12 E.F.T.S. are always welcome.
